Переделать Плагин

Помогите пожалуйста переделать плагин. Сделать так чтобы бомба не давалась в начале раунда и после смерти! Либо сделать так чтобы она давалась только игрокам с определенным флагом доступа. Покупку её прошу не затрагивать. Заранее спасибо!
